 OPERATING
TABLE SU-04
The table is designed for carrying out treatments
and operations in the range of general surgery such as: cardiovascular,
cardiological, neurological, urological, gynaecological, proctological,
laryngological, ophtalmological, endoscopy, laparoscopy, oncology,
stomatology, plastic and others. The construction of the table is
made of stainless, acid proof steel. The table base is movable and
is equipped with a castors central blockade. Height adjustment, leveling,
lateral and longitudinal tilts are operated by electro-hydraulic
system supplied by 24 V batteries. The adjustment of back section,
leg section and head section are regulated by gas springs with blockade.
The table is equipped with longitudinal slide of table top manually
operated. Taking off and putting on table tops is possible due to
a trolley for transport of table tops. Table top is equipped with
removable, seamless and anti-static mattresses, which are resistant
to disinfecting agents. Table top segments are translucent for X-rays
and enable taking pictures and monitoring a patient with a C arm.
OPERATING TABLE SU-04 WITH FLAT BASE
This table version
like standard table SU-04, has a table top detachment system. Both
table top and complete table (base with table top)
can be moved by means of the same trolley. Flat base of the
table does
not disturb surgeon's legs, as it is in case of working with
high covers of standard base. This solution improves work comfort
of
operating team, and prevents from curvature of the spine. The
possibility of
moving the whole table on the trolley facilitates keeping an
operating room clean as well as a lower part of the table base. Technical
data - the same as in standard version of SU-04.
SU-04 with flat base
BL-20 0RTHOPAEDIC TABLE TOP is designed for cooperation
with SU-03 tables (where it is fixed on the table's column) and
SU-04 tables
(where the table top is removable).
SU-04 with BL-20 table top
The table top is made from following elements:
1. The head rest segment (patient head support) is made of
the U- shape, polyurethane mattress (dimensions: 70 x 190
x 235 mm)
and
a steel frame. The construction of the head rest performs
the height adjustment and distance regulation and the angle tilting
regulation.
2. The back rest segment (patient back support) it is made
from four polyurethane mattresses and a steel frame. The
construction of the
back rest segment enables carrying operation of the left
or right
patient shoulder and inter-operational C arm monitoring.
3. Orthopedic attachment (hips and legs support) including
the patient's pelvis support and legs support enables the
limbs strain
performing.
Design of the attachment provides monitoring of the limbs
with the C arm during the operation time. Construction of
the strain
apparatus
enables patient foot rotation and thanks to the two joints
there is a possibility to lodge the orthopedic arms under
the back
segment.
4. The leg rest segment (leg support) can be used together
with the orthopedic attachment or without it.

Operating
table SU-04 with an alternative drive system (option) is equipped
with two independently operating drive systems: electro-hydraulic
and mechanical-hydraulic system. The alternative mechanical-hydraulic
system allows for adjustment of height, lateral and longitudinal
tilts of table top also in case of failure of electro-hydraulic
system. Respective functions are chosen with lever located in
the table base and realized with the foot pump.

The steering panel
on the table's column performs controlling of the electro-hydraulic
drive system in table SU-04. On the panel there are the function
buttons compatible with the buttons on the hand controller as
well as the indicator of accumulator power level. |
