If you wish to obtain high accuracy and size repeatability, avoid expensive instrumentation, obtain production repeatability while performing short batches, minimise finishing and avoid deformations during cutting, we offer you laser cutting.

CO2 laser cutting on a BYSTAR 3015 appliance of flat elements of any shapes and treatment of round and roll formed pipes (holes, formed endings, penetrations) while maintaining high surface smothness, narrow gap cutting and heat-affected zone with cutting accuracy of +/- 0,1 mm/m.

We offer laser cutting of following materials::

* steel sheets up to 20 mm
* stainless steel up to 12 mm
* aluminium up to 8 mm from sheets upto 1500 x 3000 mm
* pipes up to 315 mm in diameter and 3000 mm in length.

High quality is privided by special instrumentation: automatic correction of the focal lenght position, automatic checking of cutting quality, CNC integrated rotation axis for pipes, and the automatic optimization of cutting and cut into bits.
